Spruce Saddle Lodge
Let’s begin our dining tour by taking a ride up to the Spruce Saddle Lodge, located immediately at the top of the Centennial Express. The restaurant sits at a cool 10,200 ft. above sea level, and while you enjoy grilled fare and casual cuisine at an affordable rate you will be treated with panoramic views of the Gore Range, one of Colorado’s most picturesque mountain ranges. Be sure to purchase a lift and lunch package to receive a $15 voucher to apply towards your meal. Special children’s menu and pricing are also available.

Talon’s Restaurant
Located at the bottom of the famous Birds of Prey race course and at the congregation of the Larkspur, Grouse Mountain, and Birds of Prey express lifts you will find the Talon’s Restaurant. Talon’s pays homage to the Austrian roots behind alpine skiing with rustic design elements reflecting the barns that were built by the original settlers of Beaver Creek. In an effort to enhance the guest experience and dining atmosphere, the 500-seat facility and 6,700 square feet of deck space with smokehouse has the finest guest amenities and a new European-inspired menu. Talon’s also features an extensive collection of wine and other alcoholic beverages for your responsible enjoyment. Special children’s menu and pricing are also available.

Mamie’s Mountain Grill
Mamie’s Mountain Grill, situated at the top of the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift offers one of the more unique mountain dining experiences we offer here at Beaver Creek. Mamie’s one of a kind menu features “grill your own” options of locally sourced Colorado lamb or chicken and burgers, homemade signature soups, European style hotdogs and a myriad of other options. Mamie’s also serves fantastic libations and its expansive deck offers a wonderful view of the McCoy park Nordic ski and snowshoe area.

Broken Arrow
Broken Arrow’s head Chef Mary Topor prides himself on using fresh ingredients to make succulent and wholesome homemade dishes. The restaurant, located at the bottom of the Arrowbahn Express serves American style cuisine featuring delicious soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches as well as baked goods cooked fresh every 2 days.
Featured Menu Item: Goat Cheese and Forest Mushroom Quesadilla: Roasted forest mushrooms, roasted garlic, baby spinach, goat cheese, and served with avocado ranch.
Candy Cabin
Our Candy Cabin, a guest favorite and a truly unique Beaver Creek experience is located at the top of the Strawberry Park Express Lift and the Upper Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. Children and adults alike will enjoy our candy options from classics like Swedish Fish, Sour Worms, Warheads, as well as delicious artisan chocolates. Stop by the Candy Cabin today to get that sugar rush you need to make it to last chair! Open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

Saddle Ridge – lunch and dinner
Saddle Ridge is excited to announce that as of December 18th, 2015 it is now serving lunch! Saddle Ridge has a rustic atmosphere, vaulted ceilings, and huge fireplace, which perfectly complement its food The menu is pure Colorado, pure contemporary cuisine featuring steaks, succulent seafood, and signature wild game dishes. Here you will find a museum of frontier artifacts like Geronimo’s tomahawk, Custer’s hat and canteen, as well as many others. Leon Littlebird entertains patrons with live music every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening.

People have said that the most rewarding part of arriving at a destination is sometimes the destination are equally breathtaking. The only way to get to Beano’s during the winter months is via an open air sleigh ride pulled by a snow cat. Once you arrive at the luxurious log cabin located at the foot of Grouse Mountain, you will be treated to amazing cuisine, a well-chosen wine list, and impeccable service. Kids menu is available, as are private buy-outs and group dinner reservations.

Zach’s Cabin – dinner only
Suitable for a romantic evening out or a family dinner, perched on Daybreak Ridge high above Bachelor Gulch Village, Zach’s Cabin offers a mountain ambiance accompanied with American cuisine with a Pacific twist. Zach’s also has an impressive 685 different wines to choose from and has received the Wine Spectator Best of Award for 10 years running.

Allie’s Cabin – group events and Thursday Featured Wine Dinners
Allie’s Cabin is a favorite Beaver Creek destination for weddings, receptions, corporate group dinners, lunches and family gatherings. The Cabin is named after Allie Townsend, known in the 19th century as the “First Lady” of Beaver Creek. She was the widow of George Townsend, the first settler of Beaver Creek. The menu features a myriad of contemporary regional cuisine including prime aged meats, game, fish & fowl.
